      Good health insurance, dental, and 401k

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional and doesn't take their leadership roles seriously. HR department only does the bare minimum to solve serious issues. Senior employees get all the perks and tend to let the new employees do all the hard labor.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
