Pros

You'll get to work on various different projects over the years and have the opportunity to learn how to use new technologies and about different industries. The people at Treeline are great - everyone is very smart and hardworking but have fun personalities. I never felt like I had to pick up anyone's slack which feels like a rarity these days.

Cons

It's an agency so your experience can change a lot from project to project depending on the client.

The company culture is great and you get to wear many hats, which offers a lot of opportunity to grow within your role.

Cons

I can’t think of any cons. We have unlimited PTO, we work on several projects so it’s never boring, and our office is a beach house.
