Pros
Between industry contacts and looking good on your resume, a couple of years at Treliant for a young person is a good career investment. Top management treats women and minorities well, if anything, better than white males, judging from the status of a couple of high-level people I can think of. I strongly disagree with another reviewer who alleged discrimination against POC--quite the opposite here.
Cons
The managing directors don't care what you think about anything as long as you bill a lot of hours. Other than top management, employees don't socialize much or even go out to lunch. Grab a sandwich and eat at your desk. There is the occasional office happy hour--that's about it. One of my colleagues once gave two weeks notice that she was quitting (she didn't have to--you can quit without notice) and a managing director asked what she work she had left to do. When she answered that she had very little, he fired her that day.
