Pros

- Always something to do - If you can find a lane to be an expert, you can run with it - All of my teammates genuinely care about and prioritize doing excellent work, which is rare - Pay raises can sometimes be a nice surprise - They literally buy you lunch sometimes - Senior management makes an effort to be accessible

Cons

- Work/Life Balance is treated as a personal problem - Culture can be very buttoned up - While most people are unselfish and team-oriented, self-interested sycophants loom - Perhaps because the work Treliant employees do often centers around compliance, there is a tendency towards strict adherence to, verification, and enforcement of petty conduct rules - Recent market turbulence has led to surprising personnel changes

Pros

Wealthy enough to hire a managing director, whose main job is the do the train and do the job for the grandson of the boss's friend.

Cons

Poor enough to steal from consultants. The business can hardly handle anything that involves any amount of technical work. They copy-pasted the data, program and outcome form other business to your report.
