Pros

They were generally good people who worked there and they had reasonable expectations for work-life balance

Cons

The company's poorly managed in terms of resources and staff. They cannot compete with the larger consulting firms--but they still try to hire a number of people that they then don't know how to use. If you're an entry level analyst, don't expect to receive any training. If you're at a more senior level, expect to deal with egos and groupthink attitude.

Pros

Wealthy enough to hire a managing director, whose main job is the do the train and do the job for the grandson of the boss's friend.

Cons

Poor enough to steal from consultants. The business can hardly handle anything that involves any amount of technical work. They copy-pasted the data, program and outcome form other business to your report.
