Pros

Nothing really when they even skip your salary payment when you are not watching

Cons

Basic business model is to use high salary to attract top performers to keep the clients. After that, lay off the top performers and salvage their work for as long as possible with cosmetic patches. The clients will get into two problems. 1. Treliant skip salary payments of the top performers. 2. The cosmetic patches Treliant put in can get the clients into trouble with the audit or the regulators. With such questionable business practice, I do not believe the business can survive for long. The strange thing is, management still spends money to create top ranked and highest paying positions for their friends who can hardly understand the work of the groups they are supposed to lead.

Pros

Wealthy enough to hire a managing director, whose main job is the do the train and do the job for the grandson of the boss's friend.

Cons

Poor enough to steal from consultants. The business can hardly handle anything that involves any amount of technical work. They copy-pasted the data, program and outcome form other business to your report.
