Pros

aggression toward those who ask questions but not smart enough to get away with it

Cons

Makes you work long hours but limits the number of hours you can bill them. New comers would do it because they try to impress the boss. But after they impress the boss, they will be laid off anyways---low performers with a personal relationship with the big boss will stay and try to reuse your work for the next season. Make sure you check your paystub carefully---HR would even skip your salaries. Yes, they have been doing this for long and most of the clients do not have expert staff to catch them cheating.

Pros

Wealthy enough to hire a managing director, whose main job is the do the train and do the job for the grandson of the boss's friend.

Cons

Poor enough to steal from consultants. The business can hardly handle anything that involves any amount of technical work. They copy-pasted the data, program and outcome form other business to your report.
