Pros

A lot of tricks, none smart enough to prevent getting caught

Cons

Directors are supposed to trick new comers into working long hours but HR will not pay for all the hours. Top talents are leaving. Directors are supposed to also make sure that the top talents are needed only for a short time and the "most trusted" in the team can live off the work completed by the top talents. The "most trusted" people are trusted because they or their parents are friends of the top brass---they never get laid off but they are not very helpful either, to put it lightly. This 'strategy' relies on the ignorance of the clients.

Pros

Wealthy enough to hire a managing director, whose main job is the do the train and do the job for the grandson of the boss's friend.

Cons

Poor enough to steal from consultants. The business can hardly handle anything that involves any amount of technical work. They copy-pasted the data, program and outcome form other business to your report.
