- create own schedule - pick hours - working in clients home gives availability for new activities that are not group based - created bond with families and clients

Cons

- felt like there was never a consistent case manager - felt like some case managers did not take client wants and joys into consideration for goals (trying to erase certain habits that didn’t make sense as that is how clients used it to cope with large feelings etc) - never enough staff, high turn over

- get paid to play - co-workers are great

Cons

lots of gossip, stuck with bcbas who are bullies and management will do nothing about it as they just want to prioritize bcbas who have been there for a long time, high turn over rate in technicians, nothing is every clean, hours aren't guaranteed unlike their competitors, favoritism runs high
