      Pros

      The center was great. There was always opportunity to work on admin things when there was client cancellations. Great place to get your foot through the door and learn about ABA. The BCBA's were pretty good and helpful.

      Cons

      The clinical director chose favorites so it made it hard to climb up in the field as well as receive raises. Pay was pretty low compared to other ABA companies.

      You can get your RBT certification while on paid training

      Cons

      Not enough training. A lot of billing and management issues.

      Pros

      - get paid to play - co-workers are great

      Cons

      lots of gossip, stuck with bcbas who are bullies and management will do nothing about it as they just want to prioritize bcbas who have been there for a long time, high turn over rate in technicians, nothing is every clean, hours aren't guaranteed unlike their competitors, favoritism runs high
