Great clients Great coworkers Quick to give pay increases for your time spent there Can set your own time frame of when during the day you want to work

Cons

Awkward hours (have to be available for 10 hours yet maybe only work 6-8) Hit or miss supervisors Unhelpful management that will leave you feeling unheard or overlooked Will change your client or your schedule at the drop of a hat

- get paid to play - co-workers are great

Cons

lots of gossip, stuck with bcbas who are bullies and management will do nothing about it as they just want to prioritize bcbas who have been there for a long time, high turn over rate in technicians, nothing is every clean, hours aren't guaranteed unlike their competitors, favoritism runs high
