Decent pay, easy work - Behavior Technician Trellis Services Employee Review

While we are glad you found the work rewarding, we are surprised by the description of easy. We most often hear "challenging" (in the positive sense of the word). Individualizing care for each child and adjusting as they gain skills means always adapting and being responsive. It also requires ongoing support and training to gain more skills as you grow as a technician (and beyond). We are sorry that wasn't your experience.
