Pros
Great team and HR with in tune management. Fantastic Insurance benefits (best I have ever seen). The product is complex and interesting and challenging. I loved working here.
Cons
Average salary but no real great long term retention bonuses or stock incentive. There is an ESPP plus you can get a yearly retention bonus but the pay gets out paced fairly quickly. I was forced to leave after a few years due to my market value being so much higher elsewhere.
