      Amazing families and children, staff work hard (well most staff)

      Cons

      Would be a great place if they got rid of Stacy , they may actually have staff .Terrible pay! Definitely leaving soon.

      Loved my immediate management, admin SUCKS though.

      Cons

      Not nearly enough PTO (2 weeks a year), not great health benefits, sometimes overwhelming caseloads, You will never get a raise unless you stay there for 10 years, admin/leadership/CEO could not care less
