Good benefits gas discount and free drinks.

Cons

Upper management is delusional about how much they can realistically pay cashiers and other associates. If you’re not a district manager or above expect to not be treated as a human being. No work life balance and high turnover rate.

Pros

They have "perks" - 10% discounts for employees - weekly fuel discount - free fountain and coffee drinks Typically GM will work Monday through Friday, getting weekends and holidays off. The customers are awesome.

Cons

No work and home balance. Gm is expected to fill all gaps and no overtime is authorized for employees. If the team calls out it is the GM that has to fill shift. On call 24/7. There is very little room for growth when you become a GM. Manganement is not supportive, they manage from their computer and you will rarely see them in their site.
