Pros

Ok pay, decent insurance benefits

Cons

Extremely overwhelmed and overworked every single day. No real work life balance. You are expected to hold a standard you are not supported to up hold. Poor communication, low starting pay for new employees. Low payroll budget. My advice is don't work here. You will be over worked, stressed out with no life

Pros

They have "perks" - 10% discounts for employees - weekly fuel discount - free fountain and coffee drinks Typically GM will work Monday through Friday, getting weekends and holidays off. The customers are awesome.

Cons

No work and home balance. Gm is expected to fill all gaps and no overtime is authorized for employees. If the team calls out it is the GM that has to fill shift. On call 24/7. There is very little room for growth when you become a GM. Manganement is not supportive, they manage from their computer and you will rarely see them in their site.
