Pros
The people sitting in the cubicles, for the most part, are great. That's it, unless dunk tanks and pizza parties are your thing.
Cons
Executive leadership is the worst of any company I've worked for. The CFO is full of hot air and cannot build an accurate budget and hired a fossil to lead their IT department. There are no project plans, accurate budget, or direction given from project sponsors. Look at how Teams was rolled out across the business. "Ummmmmmm".. Lol If you aren't getting your full bonus, it falls on the CFO and not on you or your department. HR is NOT your friend and is there to protect the business -- don't fall for the fake smiles and cheerleader-type attitude from the HR leader. A wolf in sheep's clothing. Document and record every interaction with the director. DO NOT sign anything. The business does not know how to interact with other departments. Incredibly siloed with no real direction on who should be doing what... this could be a PRO depending on your department and if you like flying under the radar with no advancement potential. There are a lot of politics and favorites here, and turnover is high. There is way too much drama that spills outside of the office that does not get addressed. Salary is WAYYYY below industry norms -- I'm making over $25k higher in a similar role. Know your worth.
