Pros
There are some really great people at Tri Star Energy, specifically the ones working hard in the cubicles.
Cons
Tri Star Energy used to be a solid place to work, but now it’s just a mess. Upper leadership seems disconnected, leading younger employees to leave for better opportunities while older, unqualified people are brought in for important roles. Some directors, especially, are out of touch and lack the skills needed, creating a frustrating work environment. The amount of work expected is ridiculous, and there's zero room for growth. Some employees receive special treatment, like being allowed to work fully remote, while others in the same role are expected to be in the office every day. Leadership needs to seriously rethink how they treat their employees, as well as who they appoint to leadership roles, if they want anyone to stay.
