Pros

Health Benefits, Build Customer Service Experience and Skills, Find out what a bad working environment looks like, Good break time for smokers

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunities for Exemplary Work, Lack of loyalty from company, Lack of discipline for employees that hurt the image of the company/assault other employees, If you don't smoke expect to work longer/harder than those that do, Will be called in while sleeping at home, If you look for better opportunities elsewhere while working don't EVER put contact info for this company,

Pros

They have "perks" - 10% discounts for employees - weekly fuel discount - free fountain and coffee drinks Typically GM will work Monday through Friday, getting weekends and holidays off. The customers are awesome.

Cons

No work and home balance. Gm is expected to fill all gaps and no overtime is authorized for employees. If the team calls out it is the GM that has to fill shift. On call 24/7. There is very little room for growth when you become a GM. Manganement is not supportive, they manage from their computer and you will rarely see them in their site.
