      Pros

      Not micromanaged and flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Quarterly bonus are almost non existent since restructuring, being over in sales, under in payroll, good audits mean nothing anymore so the stores under sales and over in payroll can still bonus. No help from upper management from store level issues or vendor issues.

      Pros

      They have "perks" - 10% discounts for employees - weekly fuel discount - free fountain and coffee drinks Typically GM will work Monday through Friday, getting weekends and holidays off. The customers are awesome.

      Cons

      No work and home balance. Gm is expected to fill all gaps and no overtime is authorized for employees. If the team calls out it is the GM that has to fill shift. On call 24/7. There is very little room for growth when you become a GM. Manganement is not supportive, they manage from their computer and you will rarely see them in their site.
