Pros
Excellent benefits package, good compensation, and perks. Everything is a level playing field and employees are treated as equally as possible from a corporate standpoint. The pay thresholds are well taken care of at every level of the company, if you can't manage your money while working here you're seriously doing it wrong.
Cons
Corporate management extremely out of touch with the realities of operation. Local facility management runs much of the company into the ground. Many supervisors operate "petty tyrannies" and an extremely hostile workplace and environment of fear exists as a result of corporate paralysis in dealing with problematic managers. Planners have done an exceptionally poor job and suffer little to no recourse as a result. The facilities have reactionary management and very seldom take a proactive approach to a problem. Roughly 3/4 of all equipment will fail before it's fixed, costing the company millions. Oh and the coffee, seriously terrible stuff. Bring your own coffee.
