      Pay is not the best Management doesnt listen to employees A division among different shifts Left to pick up slack of those who just mess around and have no reprecussions. Always out of supplies

      Pros

      Pay is decent and hours are guaranteed with available overtime. Team is Amazing and supportive and remote work is always a plus

      hmmm... there are good co-workers hiding around that are generally great to work with. There is a genuine desire amongst leadership to do things better.

      Cons

      leadership does not want to acknowledge prior mistakes and move forward to correct them.
