      Pros

      Co workers are great people.

      Cons

      Convinced to work long, hard hours. 12 hrs on your feet straight 1, 30min lunch only. No breaks. Constantly understaffed w very high turn over rate. Get called in on every on call day. They make you feel special in orientation and then forget all about you.

      Pay is decent and hours are guaranteed with available overtime. Team is Amazing and supportive and remote work is always a plus

      Pros

      hmmm... there are good co-workers hiding around that are generally great to work with. There is a genuine desire amongst leadership to do things better.

      Cons

      leadership does not want to acknowledge prior mistakes and move forward to correct them.
