      Free gym membership if you opt for insurance

      Cons

      Everything else. The pay is horrible. Management is incompetent. Mandatory overtime. No raises. High turnover. People running out of there like the building is on fire.

      Pay is decent and hours are guaranteed with available overtime. Team is Amazing and supportive and remote work is always a plus

      Pros

      hmmm... there are good co-workers hiding around that are generally great to work with. There is a genuine desire amongst leadership to do things better.

      Cons

      leadership does not want to acknowledge prior mistakes and move forward to correct them.
