      Challenging tasks, employees that care,

      Cons

      Executive leadership does not know where they want to go. They keep spending money on silly IT projects trying to band-aid old systems that just don't work efficiently. The focus on being a good lab went away with all the distractions (Rhodes, Southern lab, canabis, etc.).

      Pros

      hmmm... there are good co-workers hiding around that are generally great to work with. There is a genuine desire amongst leadership to do things better.

      Cons

      leadership does not want to acknowledge prior mistakes and move forward to correct them.
