Pros

works well with families, great with time off if my kids or husband are sick

Cons

WORSE MATERNITY LEAVE POLICY LEAVE EVER... you have to basically pay for your leave out of your own personal time. They use your vacation time first and then your short term disability... so if you have to go on bedrest like i did your screwed!

Pros

Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

Cons

Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
