      Pros

      I love working here, the people are great and the patients are grateful and happy with their care. The SNI position is great experience and has been very helpful.

      Pros

      Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

      Cons

      Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
