      Pros

      I really enjoyed my job. You stayed busy all day, and time went by fast. You gain relationships all over the hospital.

      Cons

      Lots of movement. On your feet all day which I did not mind

      Pros

      Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

      Cons

      Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
