Pros
Decent pay, decent benefits, convenient healthcare.
Cons
Management cares nothing for employees. Constantly changing the way things are done without evaluating current methods. Rapid turnover of middle management. Cannot trust your coworkers as management plays them off against each other. Not worth the salary. Also makes a big statement about accepting diversity which is a lie if you have disabilities.
