      Pros

      The people that I worked with really want what is best for patients.

      Cons

      Poorly planned changes - just do it! Felt pressured to pretend everything was always great when leadership asked. CEO Mark Clement does not care about staff.

      Pros

      Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

      Cons

      Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
