Pros

McCullough Hyde really is a great places to work for. You meet a lot of nice coworkers who become more like family. And the patients you meet from the community are great as well. Serving them is always a pleasure.

Cons

Managers do tend to play favorites though which isn't fair to others. One person can be late 20 times and never get in trouble. I was late once and got docked my pay. The holiday schedule is a joke as well if you aren't in the "buddy system" You aren't able to request a weekend off. You have to trade to get it off.

Pros

Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

Cons

Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
