Pros

Initially my position offered flexibility in the schedule in exchange for NO benefits. They later tried to require certain hours and the same number of holidays that full time staff receive.

Cons

Trihealth changed drastically after I worked there (15 years). They cut staff, purchased cheaper supplies, forced people out for not getting flu shots, required people to work without lunch breaks. Paid big money for managers to take seminars in Las Vegas while staff got no raises for years. Held a required meeting where we were told to step up to increase profits or get out!!!!! Literally! Bought up too many local offices and built new hospitals and now don't have enough patients to support all they own. Some people are being required to do the work of three people with no extra pay!

Pros

Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

Cons

Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
