      Staff members are the best

      Cons

      Upper management have unrealistic expectations. Unsafe nurse to patient ratios. No real incentive for picking up extra hours. Workload has become ridiculous! No change over the last 5 years.

      Pros

      Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

      Cons

      Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
