      Pros

      Nothing other than lip services like SERVE/ALWAYS BEHAVIOR which are nice slogans not followed in reality

      Cons

      Hostile environment, abusive behavior, bulling, constantly undermining your abilities to do work with a peaceful mindset, hidden agenda. Unless you love to kiss the managers, you will be treated like a garbage. If you complain, your manager will be notified immediately and will make your life more miserable.

      Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

      Cons

      Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
