      Pros

      Low stress and great work life balance. Good benefits and great management. We can work from home after training.

      Cons

      Needs written guidelines for this position. New coders learn as they go and everyone does things a little different. Pay lower then other hospitals.

      Pros

      Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

      Cons

      Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
