      Employees in nonmanagement wonderful. They give it all every day.

      Sr. Management is awful- except for CEO they are out for themselves

      Pros

      Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

      Cons

      Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
