      Pros

      The benefits are great, The people are great people to work with, The atmosphere is very pleasant, Vacation is very generous.

      Cons

      The pay is not the best. Schedules aren't the best, at least the part of the company I work, The annual raises are about the cost of living, not a lot of room for advancement.

      Pros

      Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

      Cons

      Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
