Flexibile schedule tuition reiumbersement student loan repayment 401k good health insurance good work life balance they care about their people

Cons

only way to grow is through advancement education/degree they take no experience into consideration of current employees salary but consider experience with new hires? they don't offer bonuses to current employees but all new hires get sign on bonuses no incentive or extra pay for training.

Pros

Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

Cons

Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
