      Pros

      They have really good benefits for part time employees, the atmosphere for new employees is very welcoming. I enjoyed working for some of the veteran employees.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management to employees, the inability to advance in non-certificated positions and the general hands off approach form the upper management.

      Pros

      Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

      Cons

      Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
