Pros

My experience with this company had no pros.

Cons

Hired to work remotely after 3 weeks on site training. After 5 months of driving 3 hour round trip, 5 days per week, I was told that the job would not be done remotely. TriHealth's recruiter contacted me at my place of employment. I did not contact them. I made it clear that i would only accept the position if it was a remote position. Everyone I spoke to, even the COO, assured me that it would not be a problem to do the job from my home.

Pros

Time and a half call pay when you're on call and get called in. Frequent Incentives and hourly incentives for specialty units.

Cons

Managers have favorites and enable them to continue unsafe performance. Certain employees are held to rules relating to tardiness and absences, others are not. Maternity leave (short term disability) is not great
