Pros

I get exposure to multiple phases of cloud projects as software engineer, not just one specific area - from assessment to migration to modernization. Understanding the full cycle of delivery using Concierto helps me see the bigger picture and how planning affects execution. Variety in work on different technology stacks like .NET, React, Python keeps me motivated and engaged. I also get to improve practical skills on AWS and Azure along the way. Manager gives complete autonomy which is rare.

Pros

Working at Trianz as a Data Architect was a great experience. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and I always felt trusted and valued. Trianz works with cutting edge tools, including AI technologies (Agentic, MCP...etc) to deliver the best solutions for clients

Cons

Trianz will scale up teams and resources and then pivot and abandon ideas very quickly due to indecisiveness at the leadership level. To take a job here is a very risky because what this company is trying to achieve is not very clear.
