Trianz allowed me to experience how large-scale cloud initiatives are managed end-to-end as DevOps engineer. My responsibilities included setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, infrastructure automation with Terraform, coordinating with functional teams, and contributing to client-facing deployment demos. I had to learn quickly and adapt to project requirements, which improved my problem-solving abilities. The exposure to different departments gave me a well-rounded perspective on project delivery. Setting up Kubernetes clusters and working on container migrations is valuable hands-on experience. I also participated in internal workshops that focused on enhancing business acumen and technical skills including MLOps practices. Feedback from team leads was constructive and helped me refine my work processes. I developed stronger interpersonal skills by collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. The work culture encouraged curiosity, learning, and innovation. Organization went through positive changes that strengthened delivery processes. Leadership is visible and accessible during center visits. Less micromanagement helps productivity and creativity.
