My role at Trianz as software engineer involved working on projects that required careful planning, development, and execution. Working with full stack technologies including React frontend and Python backend is building versatile skillset. I faced situations where requirements changed mid-project, and I learned to adapt quickly without compromising code quality. The experience improved my time management and multi-tasking abilities. I also had the opportunity to present technical solutions to senior stakeholders, which helped develop my confidence and communication skills. Internal knowledge-sharing sessions expanded my understanding of industry best practices. The culture encourages accountability and rewards initiative. I contributed ideas to technical improvements, some of which were adopted in subsequent projects. Working on cloud native application development is excellent learning. Annual Kreeda sports event was fun with good bonding through cricket matches. Strong enablement through training programs helps continuous skill development.
