Let us discuss at length the issues which have been bothering you. We need to comprehend whether there’s a gap in understanding on how the organization functions or are there areas which really need some improvisation. People focus is at the heart of every initiative/interaction that happens between the HR and associates. We regret that you feel otherwise.
