9yWe appreciate the time you have taken out to share your feedback. You seem to be very disappointed with the rating that you received. I would encourage you to write to me at hr.feedback@trianz.com stating the specific concerns that you have. Having said that, I hope you will also appreciate the fact that our performance rating is based on a three dimensional approach where we rate our associates not just based on how they executed their own responsibilities but also on how they have helped others to grow and most importantly what’s the overall value have they brought in for the larger organizational growth.
