On the question of career, please note Career Management is at the core of the people practices at Trianz. It starts from planning and goes onto equipping the associate with all resources he/she needs to perform and contribute until the associate grows to the next level. Along the way we have quite a few professional, behavioral and leadership training that we recommend based on the strength and areas of improvements of the associate.
