Pros

-Work Life Balance -Well known clients (largest tech companies in the valley) -Skills developed helped me land several roles after Trianz (manager at a fortune 10 company, and post-mba consultant role at a strategy consulting firm (without having a mba))

Cons

-Some managers/directors were more friendly than others -High employee turnover but is common in consulting -Industry focus was tech when I was there. Good for me since that was my interest but may be too narrow for some

Pros

Working at Trianz as a Data Architect was a great experience. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and I always felt trusted and valued. Projects were meaningful, with plenty of opportunities to work on modern technologies. Good benefits, work-life balance, and a team that genuinely cares made it a fulfilling journey.

Pros

Trianz works with cutting edge tools, including AI technologies (Agentic, MCP...etc) to deliver the best solutions for clients

Cons

Trianz will scale up teams and resources and then pivot and abandon ideas very quickly due to indecisiveness at the leadership level. To take a job here is a very risky because what this company is trying to achieve is not very clear.
