Your views on this post do not resonate to the others individuals views on any social platform, hence claims made by you on this platform are baseless and frivolous. 2. Trianz is an organization which has been growing at 20% on YOY basis for the last 4 years. No organization without a vision or strategy would be in a position to sustain such growth. 3. Trianz has been in the industry for the last 15 + years and has an employee base of 1500+ associates located out of 13 + offices in India and US. The same is proof enough of the sustainability of the organization and the quality of business that we at Trianz do. 4. We work in one of the most cutting edge technology in the CADIS Space. We operate in 70+ technologies today and the list is growing. No other organization today can talk about such deep technology pockets. 5. Trianz has attracted the best of the talent from the markets today, our leaders are from some of the best organization around the world. The pedigree that we have in Trianz would by far the biggest advantage, we have both Sr. management professional and technologist working together hand in hand to make Trianz a great place. 6. Our capacities are time tested and the depth of understanding that we have is beyond what is available in the market. We as an organization can today talk about being a complete solutions provider. 7. Majority of our business is repeat business and our own clients refer us to the other clients due to the quality of work executed All this would not have been a reality in case our CEO was not a visionary. Over the years we have taken pride in creating an associate friendly environment and have been in a position to make the organization a great place to work. However in your case we are sadden that we have not been in a position to assimilate you well with Trianz. We would also suggest that you introspect within before you make such statements on a social platform without any basis or proof. While you may spread as much negativity about the organization, the same negativity fuels our resolve to be successful. Hope you have a happy career ahead.
