I) BETTER WORKING CONDITIONS ii) One of the Good paymasters iii) Fantastic Employees who has such a varied experience across domain and experience iv) Office location WIthin the CITY v) Good Teamwork amongst employees vi) Trianz Ability to attract good talent in DEVELOPMENT

Cons

- Need to improve employee engagement - Limited service portfolio - No initiatives on innovative competency centers - Employee Recognition and rewarding performance should be consistent to ensure employee morale stays high Probably the Biggest of them could have been not recruiting Proper Sales People

Pros

Working at Trianz as a Data Architect was a great experience. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and I always felt trusted and valued. Projects were meaningful, with plenty of opportunities to work on modern technologies. Good benefits, work-life balance, and a team that genuinely cares made it a fulfilling journey.

Pros

Trianz works with cutting edge tools, including AI technologies (Agentic, MCP...etc) to deliver the best solutions for clients

Cons

Trianz will scale up teams and resources and then pivot and abandon ideas very quickly due to indecisiveness at the leadership level. To take a job here is a very risky because what this company is trying to achieve is not very clear.
