Pros

Nice to have some exposure to leadership

I can only speak for the Silicon Valley office. Anyone who is being recruited, take a serious look at this company. I myself am not planning to stay here much longer. Here are some questions to ask: - How many paying customers do you have? - Are you growing or shrinking? - What is your employee turnover rate? Why is everyone leaving in droves? - What's the average life span of an employee at Trianz? - What's the actual average annual raise and bonus for the past 5 years? Hope that helps.

Pros

Working at Trianz as a Data Architect was a great experience. The work culture is supportive and collaborative, and I always felt trusted and valued. Projects were meaningful, with plenty of opportunities to work on modern technologies. Good benefits, work-life balance, and a team that genuinely cares made it a fulfilling journey.

Pros

Trianz works with cutting edge tools, including AI technologies (Agentic, MCP...etc) to deliver the best solutions for clients

Cons

Trianz will scale up teams and resources and then pivot and abandon ideas very quickly due to indecisiveness at the leadership level. To take a job here is a very risky because what this company is trying to achieve is not very clear.
